Learning at home.

 Here are some learning at home tasks, you can choose to do as many as you like. It will not be marked, but you are welcome to bring your mahi (work) back to kura (school) to share it.

 What an awesome afternoon for Puriri team!. Ruma Rua tekau ma rua participated in 4 activities; Noodle tag, 8 passes, Bootcamp and a version of Rob the nest game. Here are some pikitia.

Boot camp- star jumps, burpees, leopard crawl, sit ups, push ups and more.

Heroes and Villain- Rob the nest.

8 passes- pass and catch the ball 8 times in your team to score a point.

 

Noodle tag

It was awesome to see all of the Puriri team super heroes in action today. They demonstrated both manaakitanga and manawanuitanga while participating in all of the activities this afternoon.

Nau mai, haere mai! Welcome to the 2022 school year!

Our theme for this year is......... 'Not all superheroes wear capes'. I would like to introduce to you the Ruma 22 superheroes for 2022.

Are you ready? School starts again on Tuesday 8th of February!

Kia ora koutou katoa! Are you ready to return to kura (school)? We are looking forward to seeing you all on Rātu te 8 o Hui-tanguru (Tuesday the 8th of February).                                          

   Things to remember....

• Bring a pōtae (hat)

• Bring a takawai (drink bottle)

• Healthy kai (food)

• Learning starts at 8.55am

Kia rite! Get ready to return to kura (school)

 School starts on Rātū (Tuesday) 8th of Huitanguru (February).

                          Ngā ruma (classrooms) open at 8:40 am

                            Akoranga (learning) starts at 8:55 am

  Remember to bring:                                

• healthy pouaka kai (lunch box)      
• takawai (water bottle) 
• pōtae (hat).
• Year 4-6 please wear a mask.
